You may also email our helpdesk with questions. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How do I begin ordering?
As soon as you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase follow these simple steps:

• Click the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your cart.

• Click "View Cart" to preview and/or adjust your cart contents.

• When you're done shopping, click the "Check Out" button.

• Enter your billing and shipping information and submit the order to us for processing.

Payment by check
If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your Better Shelters shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address below with your check or money order payable to Shed City USA. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.

What shipping charges should I expect and how long is shipping time?
Better Shelters line of products is generally fairly heavy and can be in large boxes. Typically, shipping is by common carrier as opposed to UPS or FedEx due to size and weight limitations these carriers have adopted. Various common carriers are used to ship your order depending on what region of the country you are located. Please see Shipping Information for exact prices. From the time you place your order until the time you receive your order generally takes between 2 and 3 weeks. One or two days prior to delivery the common carrier will contact you by phone to notify you of the exact delivery date. Generally, delivery is defined as curb-side. Do not expect the driver to hand carry your order inside your home or backyard. You may want to arrange for a friend or neighbor to assist you once your order arrives curbside.

Are my orders secure?
To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we provide secure online ordering using advanced encryption and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL works by scrambling your name, phone number, credit card number and order information so that only your browser and Better Shelters can decipher it. You must have a browser that supports SSL (i.e. Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer) to order from us online.
